In Sync Women’s Group.

You don’t need a label to know something feels off.

When your body and brain don’t seem to be working in sync, it can be hard to know where to start — especially when you’re navigating energy shifts, stress, sleep, sensory overwhelm, hormones, or chronic health challenges alongside daily life.

For many women, neurodivergence is only part of the picture.

This peer support group offers a space to explore the connection between body, brain, and lived experience — without needing to have everything figured out.

Together, we reflect on:

  • patterns between physical health, energy, and emotions
  • stress, burnout, and nervous system responses
  • identity, neurodivergence, and self-understanding
  • the “invisible load” of managing it all

This is a peer-led, non-clinical space for women who want to:

  • connect with others who understand
  • share experiences in an open, supportive environment
  • explore what’s happening in their bodies and lives
  • make sense of patterns over time

The group is open to all neurodivergent women (diagnosed or self-identifying); exploring their health, identity, capacity or feeling “out of sync” and looking for understanding.

There is no pressure to share — listening is always welcome.

A space for the whole picture.
A space to connect, reflect, and be understood.
