Neurodiversity Belgium Peer Support Programs

Looking for neurodivergent peer support in Belgium or online?

Neurodiversity Belgium offers a range of peer support groups for neurodivergent adults, families, and communities — including ADHD, autism, and those exploring their neurodivergence.

Our groups are designed to provide safe, inclusive spaces for connection, shared experience, and practical support.

Whether you are diagnosed, self-identifying, or just beginning to explore, you are welcome here.

🌱 Why Choose Peer Support?

Peer support offers something different from traditional services:

  • shared lived experience
  • practical, real-world insight
  • reduced isolation
  • flexible participation (no pressure to speak)

Our groups are non-clinical and community-led, meaning they are shaped by the people who take part.
