Services: Nutritional therapy and functional medicine for women’s hormonal and brain health, with a focus on menopause and neurodivergence.
Scotti McLaren is a registered nutritional therapist and functional medicine practitioner based in Geneva. She offers one-to-one personalised programmes that combine functional medicine assessment, targeted lab testing, a food-first approach and health coaching to help identify and address the root drivers of health issues.
Her work focuses on the connections between hormones, the gut-brain axis, stress, sleep and burnout, with a particular interest in how hormonal fluctuations during perimenopause can influence neurodivergent traits in both the brain and body.
Scotti holds an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London, a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Science from Middlesex University and a Personalised Nutrition Practice Diploma from CNELM. Her MSc thesis explored hormonal fluctuations, attention and ADHD in peri-menopausal women.
Client groups: Neurodivergent women looking for support with interconnected systems across the body and brain – from hormones, digestion and sleep to burnout, mood, focus and energy.
