The Connect Club.

Building Social Connections.

01 What?

A social group designed to provide a supportive and understanding environment for neurodiverse kids, teens and their parents to socialise.  An activity will be proposed each month to have fun and build new friendships for younger children, and for teens, with their parents.  You are always free to choose which activity you would like to join.

For regular attendees we host a private What’s App group to facilitate ongoing exchange – one for the parents of younger kids, another for the parents of teens.

02 Why?

Children and teens with neurodiverse conditions often face unique challenges in social interaction, communication, and emotional regulation, and may lack the chance to meet other children and teens in their same situation.

The Connect Club for Parents, Kids and Teens

* Enhance communication and problem-solving skills for children, teens, and parents.

This is an activity amongst friends and not a commercial enterprise.

Participants join at their own risk.  While we will take as much care as we can, we do not accept liability in case of injury, or lost or damaged property.  The likelihood of any problems is extremely low.

Please use the box ‘Anything you would like us to know’ to give the ages of the children, teens, and anything else you feel it’s important for us to know – for example an allergy, or a sensory issue that might be relevant.

We would like you and all your family to feel welcome and comfortable.
It is possible that the group will decide to visit a play centre or a museum, and then the entry fee is the responsibility of the family.
