Our speaker, Scotti McLaren is a functional medicine practitioner and registered nutritional therapist (mBANT) based in Geneva. She specialises in brain and hormonal health, with a particular focus on neurodivergence, burnout, gut–brain health, sleep and menopause.
Combining an MSc in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health (King’s College London), a BSc in Nutritional Science (Middlesex University) and a diploma in Personalised Nutrition Practice (CNELM), Scotti blends scientific insight with a practical, collaborative approach. Her work focuses on uncovering the root causes of health challenges and designing simple, sustainable strategies that support long-term wellbeing.
She supports individuals through personalised nutrition, lab testing, behaviour change and health coaching – helping people better understand the links between what they eat and how they feel, think and function.
