Support Groups
By Neurodiversity Belgium
Come and join our safe peer-to-peer support group for sharing, helping one another, and getting advice from each other, and our two wonderful ADHD Educator facilitators:
Joanne Norris, Specialist ADHD & ASC Coach, and
Donnalea Barber, Professional Life and ADHD Coach.
Everyone, especially women newly diagnosed with ADHD, or autism, or autism and ADHD, (or seeking diagnosis), and women with questions about ADHD, autism, and AuDHD, are invited to join. We welcome all women (both cis and trans).
This is a free support group which started in May 2021, and we usually meet every 2 weeks. Our online meetings are attended by women from around the world, whether diagnosed with ADHD or autism or AuDHD, or self-identifying as an ADHDer or autistic or AuDHDer.

Please note each meeting is held on a Sunday from 19h30 Central European time / 18h30 UK time, and we open the zoom room a few minutes before.
If you live in a different timezone, kindly refer to the TimeMeetingPlanner page, using Brussels, Belgium, 19h30 as your baseline.
Please register separately for each support group meeting that you wish to attend, to allow us to send the zoom link and reminder email to you.
When you register, you will receive an email
– and then we will send the zoom link later (usually on the Friday 2 days before the meeting)

Research Call: Are you a mother with ADHD?
This is asking women with ADHD (diagnosed or self-diagnosed), who have had children, to take part in a short online survey.
This survey aims to better understand the well-being of women with ADHD during the postnatal period, compared to women who do not have ADHD.
You do not need to be in the postnatal period to take part in this survey. You can take part even if it’s been years since you had a baby.
If you are over 18 and would like to take part, please follow the link below, which will take you to the survey.
Full survey details are included in the Participant Information Sheet page. Please take the time to read this page carefully.

If you have any questions on the survey, please contact Ms. Nicola Dalrymple via email: Nicola.dalrymple@ucdconnect.ie
Thanks for your help with this research.
