Neurodiverse Adults Meetings
Informal self-help meetups (mostly online but also sometimes in person).
Beverley and Richard host meetings every 2 weeks where people just join, ask questions and share their experience.
The “Adults” part of the name came from the need to differentiate it from other self-help meetups such as “Parents and Children” but young people are also very welcome (we have had teenagers participate, even if they may have been dragged in by their parents :=).
We don’t have any specific structure. The conversation wanders wherever the participants take it. Commonly recurring topics include medicines, where to go for a diagnosis, neurodiversity in the workplace …
To join a meeting just sign up (see the main events page). The links for the online meetings are sent out usually in the afternoon of the day of the meeting. We usually check for last-minute sign-ups but sometimes life gets in the way so please don’t leave it until the last minute or hour ;=)
The dates of upcoming meetings (and also the links to the next 2 meetings) are also published in our newsletter (sign up here – we send out no more than 2 newsletters per month and you can unsubscribe at any moment).
