Neurodivergent Adults Peer Support Group

Our Wednesday support group offers a warm, peer-led space for autistic, ADHD, AuDHD and other neurodivergent adults (18+) to connect, share experiences, and support one another.

We meet every two weeks online for informal, participant-led conversations. There’s no fixed structure — the discussion goes wherever the group takes it. Common topics include medication experiences, diagnosis pathways, neurodiversity in the workplace, relationships, burnout, and finding strategies that actually work in real life.

To join a meeting, simply sign up via the main events page. Meeting links are usually sent out in the afternoon of the day of the session. We try to accommodate last-minute sign-ups, but if possible, please avoid registering in the final hour.

Upcoming dates are also shared in our newsletter (maximum two emails per month — unsubscribe anytime).

No expertise required — just your voice and your lived experience.
