Most of us have. And if your brain is wired differently, whether you have ADHD or simply live with a relentlessly loud inner critic – that inner voice can become the hardest relationship in your life.
That’s exactly why I created The Courage to Be Kind to Yourself workshop combining two of the most evidence-based tools I know: VIA Character Strengths and the practice of Self-Compassion.
This is not about fixing yourself. You were never broken. It’s about changing the way you relate to yourself – and that changes everything.
